Priority claims are those arising under § 507(a)(3), (4), and (6). Employee wage claims under (a)(3) and employee benefit claims under (a)(4) have been paid in full or remitted to the court as undeliverable. The trustee intends to pay those claimants listed under priority ticket claims 507(a)(6) which are tickets purchased prior to April 14, 1995. If your claim is not listed on the spreadsheet, you will not receive a distribution. If your address is not current, your check will be remitted to the clerk of the court immediately following an order of distribution.
